They serve as the communicator between customer and technician; ensuring the customer’s needs are understood by the technician and the needed and recommended service/repairs are understood by the customer.**Responsibilities:*** Welcome clients when they arrive to our Collision Center.* Determine the nature of the client’s visit.* Inform the Estimator of the client’s arrival.* Order Parts* Write PO's and invoices.* Schedule appointments for our Estimator via email, phone, and in person.* Provide information to appropriate store personnel regarding client needs and expectations to help ensure the entire team is prepared to provide the highest level of service to the client.* Provide administrative support to the staff when necessary.* Maintain and stock client refreshments and waiting areas.* Maintain a consistent level of communication with our Estimators and Managers.**Qualifications:*** Communication skills – communicates effectively with others.* Time management – managing one’s own time and time of others.* Typing – ability to type efficiently in order to enter repair orders.* Basic computer & cost calculation skills.* Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence.**We offer best in class industry benefits:*** Competitive pay* Medical, Dental and Vision Plans* Paid Holidays & PTO* Short and Long-Term Disability* Paid Life Insurance* 401(k) Retirement Plan* Employee Stock Purchase Plan* Lithia Learning Center* Vehicle Purchase Discounts* Wellness ProgramsHigh School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required.
