Overview Inspire’s ETF Sales Specialists expand the distribution of products and services by engaging professional and institutional clients and cultivating new relationships. They support sales and market share growth, present products to advisors, maintain CRM data, conduct presentations, travel to conferences and workshops, and pursue new and existing client relationships.

Responsibilities

Drive sales and market share growth of Inspire ETFs.

Demonstrate excellent knowledge of Inspire ETFs in sales conversations with financial advisors.

Exhibit outstanding written and oral communication skills when interacting with financial advisors and colleagues.

Fulfill required administrative/team responsibilities such as CRM data entry, call reporting, expense reports, conference calls and meetings.

Conduct daily activities and conversations in the highest professional manner.

Develop new and build upon existing relationships within assigned sales territory.

Execute on and improve sales process to ensure annual goals are met.

Periodic travel to conferences and wholesale events in a sales capacity when scheduled.

Facilitate presentations for groups of advisors or institutional clients on our products and services.

Required Certifications

A Series 65 license is required for the ETF Sales Specialist position. If you do not currently have your Series 65 license, you will be given a conditional job offer with three weeks to study and pass the test. If after three weeks the test is not successfully passed, employment process will be terminated.

Compensation

$65,000/annual base + variable: estimated earnings $160k - 180k (no cap)
