Are you ready to make a difference in the lives of patients and the community? We are seeking an Account Executive committed to serving patients with compassion and integrity. You will coordinate patient referrals, establish relationships with local hospitals to secure referrals, and provide education on hospice care to the community and referral sources.
Responsibilities Coordinate patient referrals and build relationships with hospitals and referral sources. Educate the community and healthcare professionals on hospice services. Ensure continuity of care, proper communication, and correct documentation.
Qualifications Heart to serve patients and families with compassion. Associate degree or equivalent experience in a health‑related field. Minimum 2 years sales experience in a clinical care setting; hospice experience preferred. Reliable transportation and ability to sit, stand, bend, and lift at least 25 lbs.
