Sales Coordinator – Navajo Agricultural Products Industry
Location: Farmington, NM

Responsibilities
Provide world‑class customer service resolving product, freight, accounting, and other issues.
Provide logistical support for product ordering and shipments, including troubleshooting.
Scan and process purchase orders, delivery documents, contracts, etc.
Liaise between departments and customers to deliver suitable service within cost and time constraints.
Assist sales representatives with accounting issues and verify accuracy and timeliness of data.
Prepare spreadsheets summarizing contract and delivery data for the sales team.
Work closely with Sales & Marketing to assess sales, product, merchandising progress and manage assigned projects.
Provide necessary business application forms for potential customers and documents for accounting processing.
Support sales team in upselling product lines to new and existing accounts.
Contribute to product packaging, development, content, and quality control.
Answer customers’ questions about products, prices, availability, uses, and credit terms; respond to queries calmly and friendly.
Track inventory of Flour, Potato, Organic product, and Pinto Bean.
Review accounts receivable records and credit policies for compliance.
Quote product prices and prepare sales contracts for all “Navajo Pride” products.
Negotiate with retail merchants to improve product exposure (shelf positioning, advertising).
Coordinate marketing meetings, sales meetings, fairs, in‑store displays, and promotions, including food demos.
Facilitate and coordinate Navajo Nation donations.
Assist with PR on the Navajo Nation and through various customers.
Follow‑up with sales representatives on complaints and ensure proper documentation.
Assist in preparing graphic designs for projects related to sales, marketing, and distribution of the “Navajo Pride” Brand.
Assist with live remotes, radio, and television ads for advertising and marketing of all Navajo Pride products.
Assist with design, creation and finalized presentations for all NAPI projects.
Identify prospective customers using business directories, leads, participating in organizations, clubs, attending trade shows and conferences.
Other
Work collaboratively, cooperatively, and in coordination with team members and others in the organization; treat them with respect, courtesy, and consideration and show appropriate support.
Provide information, guidance, and resources to diverse groups of customers, clients, and others outside the organization; treat them friendly, professional, helpful, respectful.
