We are seeking a proven sales leader with a track record of building high‑performance teams, inspiring revenue growth, and fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation. The ideal candidate will embody our FORCE values: Focused, Responsible, Collaborative, and Empowered. Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to exceed revenue goals across radio, digital, and live event platforms. Lead, coach, and mentor a high‑performance sales team; recruit and maintain a pipeline of top talent. Conduct weekly one‑on‑one meetings to review pending business and ensure CRM accuracy. Attend high‑profile client presentations and provide leadership during negotiations. Maximize CRM utilization and monitor team performance for success. Manage inventory, forecasting, pricing, and reporting in Wide Orbit. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless campaign execution. Actively participate in community and business associations to build influential relationships. Generate revenue from a personal account list while supporting team growth. Oversee budgeting, expense management, and administrative functions. Develop creative, customer‑focused revenue programs and ancillary sales projects. Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of experience in broadcast or digital sales; management experience preferred. Proven success in driving revenue and leading teams in a fast‑paced environment. Strong knowledge of integrated media solutions, including radio, digital, and experiential marketing. Proficient in CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and social media platforms. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred. Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and presentation skills. Digitally savvy and adaptable to the evolving advertising landscape. What We Offer
