Customer Service Rep / Account Services Associate / Inside Sales Assistant
Join our team at Service Partners in Puyallup. We are looking for an individual with proven success learning new computer systems and processes. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 6:30 AM to 4:30 PM, with occasional Saturday for inventory participation.
The compensation range for this position is $20 to $25 per hour, commensurate with experience.
As a customer service representative, you will be heavily engaged with customers on the phone, via e‑mail, and face‑to‑face, carrying out order taking and input and assessing current customer needs. You will serve as the key customer contact for our branch and work closely with Outside Sales Reps, Production Personnel, Inside Sales, Credit and Delivery to support the order fulfillment process.
Responsibilities
Maintain a positive rapport with customers, providing world‑class service.
Exemplary customer service skills, analytics and problem‑solving skills.
Proficient computer skills to process and review dealer orders, requests, and system‑generated acknowledgements.
Perform any other duties, tasks, or responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications
Minimum age of 18 years.
Valid driver’s license if operating a company vehicle.
1‑2 years of experience in a customer service role.
Ability to perform basic math calculations.
Personable, enthusiastic and engaging personality.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Travel Requirements Local travel, less than 10% of time.
Physical Requirements Must be able to lift 50 lbs. unassisted to load and unload various products; climb, stoop, kneel, crawl, stand, and ladder climbing as needed.
