Job Summary This position is designed to be completed in 12-18 months and provides the incumbent general Rental Management training in addition to specific training in Finance, Operations, Human Resources, and Sales/Marketing. The incumbent will be assigned to operational and administrative tasks in support of location and regional management. This program is fast‑paced and touches every aspect of the business unit. In this role, you will acquire proven industry knowledge, skills, and resources to develop your relationship building. We allow you to carve out your own career path and promote from within based on performance.

Rental Location: Orlando, FL
Essential Functions
Handle the sales and process for inbound calls as well as outbound solicitation.
Maintain current and accurate data within the company's marketing database.
Generate rental, lease, and used vehicle sales leads.
Manage all rental asset processes to include vehicle PM and cleanliness standards.
Meet overall Ryder market share by successfully executing sales and marketing initiatives.
Maintain compliance with company, local, state, federal, and other regulatory agencies.
Reconcile all customer concerns, issues, and disputes to maintain ongoing relationships and grow the current customer base.
Additional Responsibilities
On a voluntary basis and based on scheduling, perform the role of On‑Call Representative as determined by the Supervisor.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Flexibility to work in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
High energy, self‑motivated, self‑directed, able to focus on multiple projects simultaneously.

Detail oriented with strong follow‑up practices.
Strong common sense and aptitude to learn quickly.
Ability to relocate in the region/US at the conclusion of the training program.
Computer literate (intermediate required).
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree required in business administration or similar related degree.
One (1) year or more customer service with issue resolution experience preferred.
Computer literate (intermediate required).

Compensation Information The compensation offered may be influenced by experience, education, market data, internal equity and salary ranges. The position may also be eligible for an annual bonus, commission, and/or long‑term incentive plan based on level and type.

: $50,000
Maximum Pay Range
: $52,000
