Sales Operations Specialist – Libbey
Join Libbey’s team as a Sales Operations Specialist. This role supports growth across our Foodservice, Retail, and B2B channels by providing sales support, CRM administration, data analysis, and project management.
Responsibilities
Provide dedicated support and effective communication to the regional sales team across all channels, assisting with transactional and operational responsibilities.
Act as a liaison between Sales and internal departments (Pricing, Customer Service, Supply Chain, Marketing) to ensure process efficiency and alignment.
Manage sales lead uploads and support lead generation efforts, including researching contact information and qualifying leads.
Administer and maintain the CRM system, ensuring data accuracy, user adoption, and continuous process improvement.
Develop, document, and optimize sales processes, including lead management, opportunity tracking, and pipeline reporting.
Create and maintain training materials for CRM use, reporting, and dashboards; conduct related training sessions for the sales team.
Analyze sales data to identify trends, monitor KPIs, and generate actionable insights to inform business strategy.
Build and manage dashboards and reports in Power BI and CRM platforms to visualize sales and performance metrics.
Lead and support projects aimed at implementing new systems or enhancing existing sales and CRM processes.
Diagnose operational issues, analyze root causes, and develop data‑driven solutions to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Collaborate cross‑functionally to identify opportunities for process automation and workflow streamlining.
Requirements & Qualifications
High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred.
3–5 years of sales support experience preferred.
Strong organization, attention to detail, and high level of accuracy.
Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, Power BI, Canva, and Scribe preferred.
Advanced knowledge in MS Office, especially Excel with formulas and pivot tables.
Excellent communication, persuasion, and influence skills.
Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Willingness to learn and develop key skills to advance career.
