Job Description:

The Regional Property Manager will lead the operations of a diverse affordable housing portfolio, ensuring properties are well‑managed, regulatory standards are met, and residents are supported with compassion and care.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily operations across multiple affordable housing communities

Provide coaching, leadership, and performance oversight for onsite property teams

Ensure compliance with HUD, Section 8, and other affordable housing regulations

Collaborate with internal teams on budgets, inspections, and resident engagement initiatives

Identify and resolve operational issues, escalating when needed

Maintain accurate and timely reporting for leadership and funding partners

Guide staff through system transitions, policy changes, and procedural updates

Foster a culture of accountability, transparency, and resident‑focused service

Support staff development through regular one‑on‑one meetings and training

Serve as a liaison with local housing authorities and community partners

Qualifications:

Professional experience as a property manager

Strong knowledge of housing compliance (HUD, Section 8, LIHTC, etc.)

Experience with Yardi or comparable property management software
