Everstory Partners – Sales Counselor
We are looking for a compassionate and energetic Sales Counselor to connect with families in the process of funeral planning. This position sells pre‑need and at‑need funeral services and inventory, cemetery services, property and merchandise. The Sales Counselor will assist families with funeral selections, attend services, and engage in proactive lead generation.
About the Role
Estimated first‑year earnings range, including hourly wage and commission: $45,000 - $65,000
Uncapped commission and earnings.
Leads are generated through walk‑ins, inbound calls, and proactive prospecting.
Training pay of $18.00 per hour for 6 weeks.
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in Business, Marketing, or Sales preferred.
1 year of sales experience preferred.
Valid driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle; mileage reimbursement provided.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel & Outlook); experience with a CRM system preferred.
Strong attention to detail, problem‑solving, verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
Strong organizational and planning skills for a fast‑paced environment.
Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality with sensitive information.
Availability to work some holidays, evenings, and weekends as needed.
