About the Role
Estimated first-year earnings range : $45,000 - $65,000

Training Pay
of $18.00 per hour for 6 weeks
This position sells pre-need and at-need funeral services and inventory, cemetery services, property and merchandise.
The Sales Counselor assists families with funeral selections and attends services.
Leads are generated through a combination of walk-ins, inbound calls and proactive lead generation and prospecting.
Responsibilities
Sells funeral services and related products.
Assists families with selections and attends services.
Generates and follows up on leads.
Maintains confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive information.
Works on holidays, evenings, and weekends as needed.
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in Business, Marketing, or Sales preferred.
1 year of sales experience preferred.
Valid driver’s license and access to personal vehicle; mileage reimbursement provided.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel and Outlook).
Experience working in a CRM preferred.
Strong attention to detail, problem‑solving skills, and interpersonal communication.
Strong organizational and planning skills in a fast‑paced environment.
Ability to maintain high discretion and confidentiality.
Availability for some holidays, evenings, and weekends.
