Its suite of solutions includes many well‑known, trusted and proven products like SPIREⓇ, Explode the CodeⓇ and Wordly WiseⓇ. Position Summary We are seeking a dynamic and experienced education sales professional to join our rapidly growing team! As an Account Executive III, you will play a pivotal inside sales role in driving the success of our research‑based K‑12 ELA and math products in your territory and the surrounding area. Your primary focus will be on consultative selling, providing valuable solutions to current and potential clients through virtual and face‑to‑face meetings. Join us and make a significant impact on education by promoting effective print and digital educational resource programs. To be considered for this position, candidates must reside within the state of Alabama.
Responsibilities
Work with K‑12 educational programs based on the latest research to promote literacy and math skills.
Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing problem resolution, product updates, and coordinating training for their staff.
Represent the organization at local, state, regional, and national conferences and exhibits, traveling within the assigned territory.
Collaborate with the sales team, sharing knowledge, proactive problem‑solving, and professional development opportunities.
Utilize solid knowledge of current K‑12 structured literacy best practices to demonstrate the value of the products.
Deliver engaging sales presentations tailored to stakeholders, showcasing how the products meet specific needs.
Organize and transport sales and marketing materials, ensuring readiness for presentations.
Follow up promptly on sales leads, documenting activities to maintain a clear pipeline.
Craft professional correspondence with leads and clients, respond to catalog and sample requests, and generate accurate price quotes.
Provide regular sales forecasts based on adoption schedules, presentations, and both new and reorder business.
Leverage CRM software to document client interactions, maintain an accurate pipeline, and analyze opportunities for improvement.
Qualifications
Hold a bachelor’s degree in education, business, or a related field.
Have 3+ years of prior experience selling K‑12 curriculum, preferably in ELA.
Show a track record of consistent sales success over the last 3+ years.
Prior teaching or education administration background is a strong advantage.
Exhibit strong analytical and organizational skills for proactive problem‑solving.
Possess exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, written and verbal.
Be an independent thinker while contributing to a collaborative sales team.
Display effective public speaking abilities for large groups, in‑person and virtual.
Hold a valid driver’s license, acceptable driving record, and a vehicle.
Anticipate 60%+ travel, including periodic overnight trips and occasional weekends.

Compensation Range: The pay range for this position is $170,000 - $190,000 OTE. The actual base pay and commission offered is determined by several variables, such as the candidate’s qualifications, experience, skills, education, location, and market conditions. Base pay is one component of EPS Learning’s total compensation package, which also includes a generous benefits package, 401k plan, and bonus or commission.
