Account Coordinator – Brightstar Lottery, Schenectady, NY, US.

Responsibilities

Provide service support to the accounting department and customer base.

Provide customer service and phone support (inbound and outbound).

Interact closely with customers and fulfill needs (provide weekly EFT balance, reports as requested, etc.).

Post cash receipts and other accounts receivable related transactions.

Act as backup for collection calls and collection letters for delinquent accounts.

Prepare demand letters and PAP packages (bad debt packages) for delinquent accounts.

Prepare weekly invoicing to verify with NY Lottery customer.

Prepare and enter transactions in banking software system.

Collect and prepare weekly reports for review and audit.

Strictly adhere to department and client deadlines.

Perform all other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

2‑4 year Accounting Degree.

1‑2 years of related experience.

Must be extremely proficient in PC‑based applications, particularly Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

Estimated starting compensation range is $37,440 – $67,496. All employees are required to complete annual information‑security training.
