Job Description The BOKFS Relationship Manager will provide a single point of contact for consultation on service related requests. Responsibilities will include providing quality customer service through accurate and timely phone, email and IM based transactions. Deliver immediate assistance with questions, workflows and general inquiries from sales branch staff and clients in order to enhance the customer experience. Your strategic thinking will help you create efficiencies to meet client needs and reduce potential errors. You will have significant decision making authority and responsibility for solving problems, customer complaints, and requests for special reporting. How You’ll Spend Your Time

You’ll have heavy interaction with advisors and high level issues

You will be the single point of contact for consultation and problem solving

You will use your strong operational knowledge and skills to assist with duties such as asset movement, new business, training, customer service and research.

You’ll assist with projects and work as a liaison to manage timely resolution to service issues

You will work in NetX360 to provide information to the Financial Advisor (NetX360 experience would be very beneficial)

Education & Experience Requirements This level of knowledge is normally acquired through completion of a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Economics and 4-6 years of experience investment sales/operations or 9-11 years of equivalent work related experience. Series 7 and 66 required.
