Provide a wide range of hair and beauty services to clients, including haircuts, hair styling, coloring. Stay up to date with the latest trends and techniques in cosmetology to ensure high-quality service. Sanitize and maintain all tools and equipment used during services. Build and maintain a loyal client base by providing exceptional customer service and personalized recommendations. Upsell salon products and services to enhance the client experience and increase revenue. Mentor junior cosmetologists and assist with their professional development. Maintain a clean and organized work station. Qualifications
Valid cosmetology license in IL. Proven experience as a cosmetologist with a strong portfolio of satisfied clients. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Proficient in a wide range of hair styling techniques, including cutting, coloring, and updos. Knowledge of current beauty trends and techniques. Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate with other salon professionals. Strong retail sales skills to promote salon products. Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Note: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
