We are seeking a talented and passionate Hairstylist and Threading Specialist to join our beauty team. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills in hair cutting, styling, coloring, and threading services, along with excellent customer service and a keen eye for beauty trends.
Key Responsibilities
Provide professional haircut, styling, coloring, and treatment services for clients.
Perform eyebrow and facial threading with precision and attention to detail.
Consult with clients to understand their preferences and recommend suitable styles or treatments.
Maintain a clean and organized workstation and follow all sanitation standards.
Stay updated with current beauty and hair trends, techniques, and products.
Promote salon services and retail products to enhance client satisfaction.
Handle client appointments and maintain positive, long-term customer relationships.
Collaborate with other stylists and staff to ensure a high-quality salon experience.
Qualifications & Skills
Proven experience as a Hairstylist and/or Threading Specialist (minimum 1–2 years preferred).
Cosmetology license or certification (as required by state regulations).
Skilled in haircutting, blow-drying, coloring, treatments, and updos.
Expertise in eyebrow and facial threading techniques.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends if required.
Professional, punctual, and team-oriented.
