Your Role Will Primarily Involve:
Mastering Eyebrow & Facial Threading: Performing precise threading services for eyebrows, upper lip, chin, and other facial areas as requested. This is your main focus!
Client Consultations: Discussing brow shape, client preferences, and desired outcomes before performing services.
Maintaining High Standards: Ensuring meticulous attention to detail and symmetry in your work.
Client Care & Rapport: Building trust and loyalty with clients through professionalism and excellent results.
Hygiene & Sanitation: Strictly adhering to all state board and salon sanitation protocols.
Product Awareness: Recommending appropriate aftercare or related brow products (gels, pencils etc.) as suitable.
Team Collaboration: Working positively with other salon team members.
What We’re Looking For:
Expert Threading Skills (Required): Minimum 1 year of proven, professional experience delivering high-quality eyebrow and facial threading. Speed, precision, and consistency are key.
Attention to Detail: An absolute must for creating symmetrical and flattering brow shapes.
Excellent Hand‑Eye Coordination & Dexterity.
Strong Communication Skills: Ability to understand client desires and provide clear advice.
Professionalism & Reliability: Punctual, dependable, and dedicated to client satisfaction.
Positive Team Attitude: Ability to work well within a salon environment.
Schedule:
8-hour shifts
Availability needed: Monday to Friday, Weekends
Work Location:
In person at our beautiful Fremont, CA salon.
