Stockman of Montana is seeking an experienced Property & Casualty Personal Lines Account Executive to join our Helena office. We focus on trust, local expertise, and relationships for businesses, ranches, and individuals in Montana. What You’ll Do
Develop profitable relationships with existing and new customers Promote and adhere to up-sell, cross-sell, and round-out requirements toward all existing and prospective customers Serve as the trusted point of contact for your clients, building long-term relationships through responsiveness and professionalism Handle renewals, endorsements, certificates of insurance, and policy changes with accuracy and care Work closely with producers and underwriters to prepare proposals, negotiate terms, and bind coverages Maintain up-to-date records in our agency management system (Applied Epic) What We’re Looking For
3+ years of experience in property & casuality personal lines (Preferred) Strong working knowledge of personal lines insurance products and markets Active Montana Property & Casualty license (Preferred) Excellent written and verbal communication skills High attention to detail and strong organizational habits A team mindset and a positive, community-focused attitude Ability to travel – approximately 25% travel required Don’t have your license or looking for an entry point into the industry?
