Courtesy Chevrolet is currently looking for an experienced, competitive, insurance licensed individual to work inside our insurance agency. We are looking for someone who is self‑motivated, friendly, outgoing, and sales driven who can build rapport and use what they uncover in conversations to help sell insurance. Our agency is located inside a busy dealership that sells over 300 cars a month. You will follow up on sales leads, service policies, and help the dealership with insurance verification. You must be comfortable walking up to customers, building rapport, and asking for the sale. This is not a typical 9‑am to 5‑pm office job. You must be reliable and available to work holidays, weekends, and late nights. Wages include an hourly rate plus commissions based on your individual sales production. Benefits, 401k and PTO after 60 days.

Responsibilities
Achieve sales goals through generating new business and cross‑selling existing customers
Identify and qualify sales leads generated from a variety of sources
Help protect customers by offering Allstate products that will meet their needs
Serve your local community by helping them prepare for life’s uncertainties
Educate prospective customers on how to protect their families and assets
Provide a positive customer experience
Qualifications
Excellent listening/communication skills, outgoing and positive personality
Punctual nature and ability to handle schedule flexibility and dynamic work environment
Professional appearance and eager to improve on all aspects
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Strong interest in a sales career – sales experience preferred
Willing to obtain necessary insurance license to sell insurance upon hire (existing license is a plus!)
Confident, motivated individual who works well independently
Able to multi‑task, follow through and follow‑up
