Job Description The Manager, Omni Channel is a strategic and hands‑on leader responsible for driving integrated marketing efforts across digital platforms to enhance customer engagement and business growth. This role manages media strategy and execution, including external media and creative agencies. The team reporting to this role oversees the company’s website, social media channels, email marketing programs and field marketing, ensuring a cohesive and high‑performing omni‑channel experience.

Key Responsibilities

Partner with marketing strategic leaders to develop and execute omni‑channel marketing strategies aligned with business goals and client needs.

Own and oversee media planning and buying, including oversight of external media and creative agencies.

Collaborate cross‑functionally with internal stakeholders (e.g., product, compliance, analytics) to ensure alignment and effectiveness.

Lead and mentor a team of digital marketers responsible for website content and optimization, social media strategy and execution, email marketing campaigns and automation, field marketing programs and tools.

Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Ensure consistent brand messaging and customer experience across all digital touchpoints.

Monitor performance metrics across channels and optimize based on data‑driven insights.

Stay current with industry trends, technologies, and regulatory requirements in financial services.

Serve as the primary point of contact for media and creative agencies.

Negotiate contracts, manage budgets, and ensure timely delivery of campaigns and assets.

Monitor and report on the effectiveness of channel marketing; use data to optimize future campaigns and improve engagement.

Education and Experience

Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or equivalent work experience.

7+ years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.

Proven experience managing media strategy and external agencies.

Strong understanding of financial services marketing, compliance considerations, and customer segmentation.

Expertise in website management, social media platforms, and email marketing tools.

Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.

Ability to travel up to 30% to support field events and advisor engagement.

Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

Experience working with financial advisors or within a regulated industry.

Creative mindset with a passion for delivering memorable event experiences.

Data‑driven approach to marketing strategy and performance analysis.

Experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud, HubSpot).

Familiarity with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics).

Ability to translate data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
