The Colibri Collective is seeking a bilingual dynamic copywriter to create, plan, and integrate vision to elevate the communications department. The ideal candidate will develop purposeful Spanish content for our clients, ensuring cultural sensitivity and resonance with communities nationwide. We are an award-winning full-service marketing agency serving clients in Political, Educational, and Non-Profit sectors, delivering elevated strategies that ignite emotion and results. As the Bilingual Copywriter, you will craft Spanish content, leverage strategic acumen, and contribute to meaningful storytelling and inclusive communication. Responsibilities

Spanish Language Responsibilities: understand Latino intricacies and cultural nuances; transcreate ideas into copy and consistent messaging; support the design team to create Spanish language campaigns from inception; thoroughly review and proofread all Spanish content; experience marketing to the U.S. Latino population; write culturally relevant content and messaging for different Latino audiences. Internal Communication: foster effective internal communication within the agency; ensure employees are informed, engaged, and aligned with the mission and values. Content Creation: produce compelling written content for graphics, website copy, blogs, social media, newsletters, and press releases; ensure on-brand and relevant content; translate or transcreate English to Spanish; write TV and radio scripts that connect with diverse Latino segments. Audience Research: conduct thorough research on client industries and target audiences; inform content strategy to resonate with the intended audience. Brand Management: protect and enhance the agency’s brand by maintaining guidelines and consistent messaging; monitor online and offline brand mentions and sentiment. Editing and Proofreading: review content for accuracy, clarity, and adherence to brand guidelines; ensure grammar, punctuation, and spelling standards. Project Management: develop and manage communication hours for projects; assign projects to team members; reconcile hours for resource allocation and cost-efficiency; manage multiple projects and deadlines; maintain high-quality standards and attention to detail. Stay Updated: keep abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies; continually improve skills to stay competitive. Qualifications

Fluency and exceptional writing skills in English and Spanish Bachelor’s degree in communications, public relations, journalism, marketing, or related field (often required) 4–6 years of experience in communications, public relations, or related field Ability to strategize and align communication with organizational goals Proficiency with digital and social media platforms for communication Stay updated on industry trends; incorporate new strategies Use data and analytics to evaluate and adjust strategies Collaborate with other departments and leaders Aware of political and cultural sensitivities that may impact communications Navigate complex organizational dynamics Ensure communications align with legal and ethical guidelines Compensation

$59,000-$64,000 based on experience + bonus based on performance Benefits
