Proposal Manageru2019s primary objective is to orchestrate & lead the creation of quality proposals addressing large scale complex opportunities. We are seeking an innovative, creative Bid Manager who is ready for the challenges, responsibilities, and rewards that come with working in a high-energy, fast-paced environment.

u201CProject Manageu201D end to end RFx response lifecycle so that the deliverables are high quality and on time. u00A0 Guide virtual & global cross functional teams through the proposal process from early planning to kick off as well as content development, reviews, editing/design, and publishing. u00A0 Coordinate inputs from a variety of stakeholders, typically involving contributions from sales, solutioning, product teams, partners, finance, commercial, legal and delivery. u00A0 Perform kickoff for each RFx, to onboard all stakeholders & contributors u2013 response strategy, assignments, timelines. u00A0 Document owners, action items, escalation points so that the response is complete in a timely manner. u00A0 Create response templates & content as required. Populate initial technical content for SMEs to customize (leverage content platform). u00A0 Ensure content matches RFx requirements / questions. u00A0 Conduct and document governance for each RFx u2013 engage stakeholders per published matrix & guidelines, and follow through open items u00A0 Follow the Shipley-based review process for content review & approval u00A0 Ensure final product meets proposal requirements, quality specifications, internal approvals and final submission deadline. u00A0 Refresh / augment content repository based on each RFx response. u00A0 Identify improvement initiatives for proposal management function .

What you bring:

At least 10 years of experience in leading infrastructure services RFx responses for large global technology systems integrators. APMP certification preferred. Ability to think & work at both strategic and tactical levels. Self-motivated, proactive, dependable, trustworthy, and well organized with the ability to multi-task under tight deadlines and in a high-pressure environment Ability to work and lead in a team environment. Eye for detail in ensuring that the response submitted addresses all stated and implied expectations of the client. Very proficient in MS tools u2013 Excel, PowerPoint, Word Excellent communication skills, and ability to communicate with C-level. Positive attitude, with a passion to win. Qualified candidates can expect compensation in the range of: $95,000 - $120,000 with bonus potential u00A0
