Self‑starter attitude; able to work independently, manage time / priorities across multiple campaigns & accounts.
Strong leadership skills; experience managing a team, prioritizing projects, and delegating tasks.
Proven track‑record of campaign troubleshooting and turning around under‑performing ad programs: diagnosing issues, taking corrective action and driving measurable improvement.

Excellent communication skills: able to clearly present data‑driven insights and strategic recommendations to non‑technical stakeholders.
Expert‑level proficiency with Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and their tools/features (search, shopping, performance max, remarketing, etc.).
