Role Overview The Performance Marketer will take ownership of planning, executing, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns—primarily across Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads. Experience in the promotional products industry is a major bonus, as understanding buying cycles, product customization, and niche audience targeting will help supercharge results.

This is a role for someone who loves data, testing, and performance-driven growth.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, build, and optimize Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns focused on lead generation and conversions (Search, Display, and remarketing).

Develop and maintain keyword strategies, bidding approaches, and audience targeting across Google Ads.

Craft high-performing ad creatives, copy, and targeting strategies tailored to each platform.

Analyze campaign performance and deliver insights to improve ROAS, CPA, and lead quality.

Monitor daily budgets, pacing, and performance metrics across all active campaigns.

Develop and execute A/B tests for creatives, audiences, keywords, and landing pages.

Work closely with the sales team to ensure lead quality and proper funnel tracking from ad to close.

Manage pixel tracking, conversion events, and attribution across Meta, Google, and analytics platforms.

Identify opportunities to scale and expand across additional paid channels (TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.).

Stay up to date on Meta and Google Ads platform changes, algorithms, and performance best practices.

Contribute to content ideas, messaging angles, and brand-aligned creative concepts.

Qualifications

Proven experience managing Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns with measurable success.

Strong understanding of performance marketing metrics (CTR, ROAS, CPA, LTV, conversion rates).

Hands-on experience with Google Ads account structure, keyword research, and conversion tracking.

Ability to interpret data and make analytical, ROI-driven decisions.

Creative mindset for ad copy, visual direction, and testing ideas.

Proficiency in Ads Manager, Google Ads, Business Manager, and tracking tools (GA4, pixels, conversions).

Experience in the promotional products or branded merchandise industry is a huge bonus.

Strong communication, reporting, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable owning full-funnel campaign cycles end-to- end.
