About Us We are a leading German manufacturer of premium tools with a strong foothold in the global market. As part of our strategic international expansion, we are launching and scaling our e-commerce operations in the United States/Canada. Initially focusing on indirect online sales via trusted retail partners and marketplaces, including Amazon, we are laying the groundwork for long-term digital growth in this key market.

To support this initiative, we are creating a pivotal new role to serve as the bridge between our digital expertise in Germany and the evolving needs of our US/CAN market.

Your Role: Key Connector & Growth Driver As the

E-Commerce & Digital Manager , you will be the vital link between our global digital team and local US operations. You’ll set‑up and lead cross‑functional efforts to grow and optimize our e-commerce presence, building and aligning a local strategy with execution while balancing digital innovation with logistical realities.

Your Responsibilities

Launch and manage the US/CAN e-commerce business from zero, including strategy, setup, execution, and iteration

Serve as the primary liaison between our HQ digital team and the US/CAN market—including internal teams, retail partners, and e-commerce platforms

Drive the development and coordination of indirect e-commerce sales channels with US/CAN-based online retailers, distributors, and marketplaces

Oversee technical requirements and content adaptation for US/CAN platforms (product data, logistics, compliance, platform compatibility)

Lead all digital integration efforts including platform onboarding, automation of product and inventory data, and backend system interfaces (Shopystem, CRM, ERP, etc.)

Address technical and logistical needs of local partners, including product content, data formatting, shipping requirements, and platform integration

Work closely with our central Product Information Management (PIM) team to tailor and localize product data for the US/CAN market

Help establish and maintain a compliant and performance‑optimized Amazon seller presence

Provide support on shipping, packaging, customs documentation, and related operational topics for US‑based retailers

Contribute to digital integration efforts such as platform onboarding, automation of data flows, and backend system connectivity

Monitor key digital performance indicators and customer feedback to identify improvement opportunities and drive continuous growth

Your Profile

Degree in Business, E-Commerce, Marketing, or a related field

Initial experience in e-commerce or digital business; international or B2B exposure is a plus

Experience in developing a greenfield online e-commerce strategy working with retailers and HQ

Strong project management skills with the ability to coordinate diverse stakeholders across two countries and regions within

Solid understanding of digital processes, e-commerce platforms, and product data systems (PIM)

Capable of translating strategic goals into operational outcomes with a hands‑on, solution‑oriented approach

Excellent communication, coordination, and organizational abilities

Fluent in English (spoken and written); German, French or Spanish language skills are an advantage

Self‑starter who is comfortable navigating between strategic planning and day‑to‑day execution
