You provide everyone who enters the store with an amazing shopping experience, act as the face of our company, and help build brand loyalty with every guest. You represent our company values and bring your REAL self to work every day. Responsibilities
Use the AEO Selling Model to engage with every guest and help them find exactly what they’re looking for with a "+friends first" mindset. Educate guests on AE & Aerie product details and make product suggestions to fit their needs. Introduce the AEO loyalty program and other brand channels to guests. Flex between the Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room, and Stockroom as needed. Proactively resolve guest concerns while adhering to company policy. Collaborate with the team to achieve goals. Adhere to AEO policies & procedures with integrity. Qualifications / You’d Be Great For This Role If
Enjoy interacting with people and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Have energy and can handle multiple tasks; available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. Love AE and Aerie products and have retail experience preferred. Are at least 18 years of age. Our Brand Ambassadors Love AEO Because
