Tempe, AZ 85281 As an Assembler, you will: Operate as a Tube Assembler, performing day-to-day production activities using current procedures to maintain production schedules. Essential Responsibilities: Wearing required PPE to fulfill shift duties: smock, hairnet, gloves, facemask, and safety glasses. Use hand tools, spot welders, microscopes, and other manufacturing equipment to assemble products using detailed documented procedures. Follow all policies, procedures, and drawings for accuracy and quality. Perform visual checks of product to assure quality. Identify non-conforming parts following documented procedures. Meet manufacturing output requirements while producing high quality products. Work independently and collaborate in a team environment under minimal supervision to accomplish department goals. Proficient in problem solving, analytical skills, adaptability, and flexibility. Good computer skills (Microsoft Office, data entry, email). Good written and verbal communication skills. Proficient in reading engineering drawings/blueprints/work instructions. Ideal candidate will have: High school diploma or equivalent with 1 to 3 years of prior manufacturing related experience.
