Job Description A client of Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for an Assembler.
Position Type: Full Time Contract, Contract to hire.
Duration: 12 months.
Location: Tempe, Arizona 85281.
Responsibilities
Work in a clean room environment, responsible for operating various tools in the production of MCP.
Machine set up, running, and minor preventive maintenance duties. Utilize various tools for data entry of product movement and other electronic applications.
Use hand tools, microscopes, and other manufacturing equipment to produce products using detailed documented procedures.
Follow all policies, procedures, and drawings for accuracy and quality.
Perform visual checks of product to assure quality.
Identify and correct non-conforming parts following documented procedures.
Meet manufacturing output requirements while producing high quality products.
Work alone and with others in a team environment under minimal supervision to accomplish department goals.
Proficient in good computer skills (Microsoft Office, data entry, email).
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Proficient in reading drawings/blueprints/work instructions.
Clear reading and writing in English.
Experience to sit and/or stand for extended periods of time.
Ideal Candidate Will Have
High school diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 4 years prior relevant experience or 2 years post-Secondary/associate’s degree with 0 to 2 years of prior related manufacturing work experience.

Pay Range and Benefits Pay Range: $18-$19 per hour.
