Client Relations Manager - Real Estate EmpowerHome Team Location: On-Site | Chantilly, VA Are you a natural leader who thrives on organization, accountability, and results? This is an exciting leadership opportunity for someone who’s detail-oriented, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and wants to play a key management role in the success of one of the most recognized real estate brands in the nation. In this role, you’ll oversee the entire lifecycle of the listing process — from property preparation to closing — ensuring clients receive a 5-star experience at every stage. You’ll serve as a key leader who coordinates internal team members, agents, and vendors to deliver seamless operations and exceptional results.
Responsibilities
Project Management:
Lead the execution of property prep, staging, photography, and showings while managing timelines and vendor coordination
Team Leadership:
Oversee the listing coordination team, ensuring accountability, communication, and operational efficiency across all active listings
Marketing Oversight:
Collaborate with the marketing department to ensure every listing is showcased with top-quality descriptions, visuals, and digital promotion across MLS, social media, and real estate platforms
Client Relationship Management:
Serve as the main point of contact for sellers, delivering proactive communication, updates, and high-level service from pre-listing to under contract
Systems & Compliance:
Maintain accurate CRM and MLS records, oversee listing documentation, and ensure compliance with company standards and industry regulations
Operational Excellence:
Continuously refine processes, identify efficiencies, and uphold EmpowerHome’s standards of excellence and integrity
Qualifications
Experience in
real estate operations, listing coordination, or project management
(preferred)
Strong
leadership and organizational
skills — able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Excellent
communication and problem-solving
skills
Tech-savvy , with experience in Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and MLS platforms
Self-motivated, collaborative, and passionate about
team culture and client experience
Compensation $55,000
Compensation Details Compensation:
