Real Estate Listing Coordinator / Client Services Partner

to join our growing real estate team in

Chantilly, Virginia .

This role is perfect for a real estate professional who loves managing listing operations, delivering exceptional client experiences, and ensuring every home is marketed with excellence. You will be responsible for coordinating the entire

real estate listing process , from pre-listing prep to closing, while supporting real estate agents, sellers, and vendors.

Responsibilities

What to expect:

As a

Real Estate Listing Coordinator , you'll serve as the central hub for clients, agents, and vendors-keeping every detail organized and every listing on track.

Project Management & Operations • Oversee property preparation, photography, staging, and showings • Maintain timelines and ensure each listing meets EmpowerHome standards

Real Estate Marketing • Write engaging property descriptions for MLS and digital platforms • Partner with the marketing team to maximize exposure across

social media ,

real estate websites , and

email campaigns

Client Services & Communication • Act as the primary point of contact for sellers • Deliver consistent updates, feedback, and 5-star client experiences from listing to closing

Systems & Compliance • Manage MLS entries, signage, and vendor coordination • Maintain accurate CRM records and ensure all listings comply with

real estate regulations and company policies

Operational Leadership • Identify opportunities to streamline systems and enhance team efficiency • Support process improvement initiatives within the listing department

Qualifications
