Graduate from PLACE Launch Execute weekly lead generation systems Consult with buyers, secure signed agreements, and identify homes Negotiate offers for sellers and buyers Convert prospecting activities into appointments Participate in team activities as per standards Attend weekly coaching, training, and partner calls Consult with sellers, list homes, and market properties Demonstrate expertise in pricing, staging, and listing services Qualifications
Motivated sales professional with a competitive spirit. Skilled in building rapport, listening, and solutions. Strong prospecting and lead generation abilities. Natural at overcoming objections. Excellent communicator committed to service.
