We are looking for motivated Sales Professionals to join our team and help homeowners enhance their homes with our trusted and high quality services. As a Sales Professional at Paramount Home Solutions, you will play a key role in driving our company’s growth by building relationships with potential customers, providing expert consultations, and offering tailored solutions to fit homeowners needs. Your success will be driven by your ability to connect with clients, communicate our value, and close deals effectively.
Responsibilities
Generate and follow up on leads through company-provided sources and self-generated efforts.
Knock on doors and engage with homeowners about their roofing, siding, and gutter needs.
Distribute flyers and promotional materials.
Collect customer information and schedule appointments
Conduct in-home consultations to assess customer needs and recommend appropriate roofing, siding, or gutter solutions.
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations tailored to each client’s specific needs and requirements.
Build and maintain strong relationships with homeowners, providing exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor offerings.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in our CRM systems
Qualifications
Proven sales experience, preferably in the home improvement or roofing industry.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
Strong organizational, attention to detail, and time management skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
High school diploma or equivalent (college degree is a plus)
