Proposal Coordinator
will coordinate the proposal efforts to land critical projects for the firm. Base pay range

Full-time (Monday-Friday, 40 hours) or Part-time (Monday-Thursday, 32 hours) available. Flexible start time between (7:00-9:00 am). Responsibilities
Spearhead the creation of content and dynamic graphic designs for marketing and business development proposals. Foster seamless collaboration with both internal and external teams throughout the pursuit development process. Monitor bid opportunities, actively participate in pre-bid meetings, and offer invaluable support in pursuit endeavors. Capture management, resourcing opportunities - commercial, government, and private. Champion the strategic planning, development, and execution of the company's overarching content strategy. Play a pivotal role in overseeing the creation and production of engaging online and offline marketing materials. Exemplify outstanding writing skills, consistently embodying the company's tone and mission in all communication. Other duties as assigned. Proposal Coordinator Skills and Abilities
Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Excellent grammar, punctuation, and spelling skills. Excellent organizational skills. Ability to develop, organize, and maintain process documentation. Ability to create aligned, aesthetically pleasing images that accompany written text. Ability to successfully work in a deadline-driven and fast-paced work environment. Computer proficiency. Knowledge of MS Publisher. Proposal Coordinator Education and Experience
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Education, Journalism, or English. Previous experience as a proposal coordinator in an engineering or architecture firm is required. Previous experience working with SAM.gov and Standard Form 330 is required. Becoming a Proposal Coordinator
