Resident Care Director
to lead our clinical team. This is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing resident care and ensuring the highest standards in a warm, home‑like environment.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily clinical operations within the ALF
Supervise and support nursing and caregiving staff
Develop, monitor, and update individualized care plans
Ensure regulatory compliance with state and federal guidelines
Serve as a liaison to residents, families, physicians, and staff
Promote a resident‑centered culture of care and dignity
Qualifications
Current RN or LPN license in New Hampshire (required)
Prior leadership experience in assisted living, memory care, or long‑term care
Strong communication, organizational, and clinical assessment skills
Deep understanding of ALF regulations and resident rights
