Job Description Summary BD's Interventional Surgery Division is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Territory Manager to drive sales growth and expand our market presence. As a Territory Manager, you will play a pivotal role in promoting our cutting‑edge infection prevention and biosurgery products, including ChloraPrep skin prep, Arista Absorbable Hemostat, and Progel Air Leak Sealant. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to our mission of advancing healthcare solutions.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, including physicians, clinicians, material management, and key decision‑makers.

Conduct product demonstrations, provide on‑site technical support, and deliver comprehensive training to ensure effective utilization of BD's products.

Achieve sales targets and profitability goals within the assigned territory.

Identify and pursue new business opportunities, expanding the customer base and driving revenue growth.

Stay up to date with market trends, competitive landscape, and product knowledge to deliver exceptional customer service.

Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, including District Managers, fellow Territory Managers, and internal stakeholders, to drive strategic initiatives.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline required.

Minimum of 2-3 years of successful sales experience required, preferably in the medical device or operating room environment.

Proven ability to build strong relationships with internal and external customers.

Excellent interpersonal, communication, organizational, and planning skills.

Willingness to work in an operating room environment.

Must possess and maintain a valid state‑issued driver's license and meet BD's auto safety standards.

For most roles, we require a minimum of 4 days of in‑office presence per week to maintain our culture of excellence and ensure smooth operations, while also recognizing the importance of flexibility and work‑life balance. Remote or field‑based positions will have different workplace arrangements which will be indicated in the job posting.
