The Gossett Group is seeking Experienced Professional Sales Associates for its automotive sales team in Memphis, TN. Responsibilities
Greet customers as they arrive and establish rapport. Follow up with prospective customers via email and phone. Develop an in-depth understanding of a customer’s interests to assist with their purchase. Follow up with existing customers to confirm their satisfaction and generate leads. Qualifications
Previous sales experience, including inside sales, outside sales, or retail sales, is a plus. Outgoing personality with the ability to develop relationships (a “people person”). Excellent follow-up skills. Basic MS Office knowledge; computer software and internet proficiency. Excellent appearance, verbal and written communication, and strong negotiation and presentation skills. Ability to meet, greet and ask for the sale. Benefits
