True North Equipment Represents the company for the sale of Turf and CCE products to customers in the Grafton sales area Maintains current product knowledge on features and benefits of all equipment potentially saleable by the dealership Monitors competitive activity/products and timely communicates to management, accordingly Maintains all customer information in assigned territory for sales management Knows and follows a defined sales process Maintains company vehicles and equipment as needed Conducts equipment field demonstrations as needed Monitors trends in customer’s business activities and timely communicates to management Maintains current knowledge of financing options to assist customers with securing the purchase of new and used goods Attends applicable sales training events/seminars May maintain current knowledge of used equipment values and ability to evaluate properly for trading purposes Maintain a safe working environment and always adheres to company safety program/policies Perform other duties as assigned Specializes in Riding Lawn Equipment, Small Tractors, and Compact Construction Equipment. Product mix examples: Lawn Tractors, Zero Turn Mowers, Compact Utility Tractors, Utility Tractors, Skid Steer Loaders, Mini Excavators, Compact Articulated Loaders
You’ll Focus On

What We Are Looking For
Sales experience preferred John Deere Equipment knowledge preferred Ability to use standard desktop load applications and other organization specific programs Ability to work flexible hours and weekends Excellent customer relationship skills Excellent organization and time management abilities Ability to analyze and interpret basic sales reports Bachelor’s Degree Preferred Good attitude and drive to succeed required Candidates must have a valid work authorization and be able to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship Reports directly to: Regional Sales Manager
