What You’ll Do:
Build, lead, and scale
a high-performance sales force across HVAC, plumbing, and electrical services
Develop strategic sales initiatives to
increase revenue
and
expand market share
Set and monitor aggressive KPIs for team performance, conversion rates, and average ticket size
Recruit and coach
top producers —and know how to exit those who aren't
Collaborate with marketing and operations to ensure leads are hot and customers are wowed
Optimize CRM usage and
leverage data
for decision-making
Report directly to the CEO and drive
company-wide growth
You Are:

Highly analytical and numbers-obsessed— data drives your decisions

Experienced in home services or similar industries with
