Account Management Representative
Our Inside Sales team is seeking a proactive and relationship-driven Account Manager to take ownership of our existing customer base. This role is key in ensuring customer satisfaction, retention, and growth. You'll partner closely with the sales team to identify opportunities within current accounts, solve client challenges, and drive long-term value.
Responsibilities
Act as the main point of contact for assigned existing customers and drive the Service and Support Agreement renewals for Pharmacy Automation facilities in your territory through:
Contract performance analysis & working with the Field Managers to get preventative maintenance visits scheduled as needed;
Outbound sales calls on renewals 120 days out;
Upselling additional support services and product lines;
Creating proposals & collaborating with other departments where needed to develop appropriate pricing;
Booking final contracts;
Collaboratively work with the outside sales representatives and field service teams in your territory to provide support, consultation and generate new sales regarding Swisslog Healthcare product and services;
Meet or exceed monthly renewal quotas;
Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships to ensure satisfaction and loyalty;
Partner with the sales team to uncover growth opportunities within current accounts (upselling/cross‑selling);
Work with Inside Sales Manager to strategize on how you will work towards meeting your renewal and new business order intake targets;
Responsible for taking the sales leads that are assigned to you and communicating with the sales lead same day or within 24 hours to continue the sale;
Understand client business needs and align them with our solutions;
Monitor account performance and proactively address risks or issues;
Conduct regular check‑ins, QBRs (Quarterly Business Reviews), and solution reviews;
Ensure smooth communication and coordination between internal teams (Sales, Support, Product, etc.);
Maintain accurate account records and activity updates in CRM (e.g., Salesforce);
Track and report on key metrics related to retention, expansion, and satisfaction;
Perform other duties, as assigned.
Qualifications
2 years in a Sales or Sales Support position;
Bachelor’s or Associate’s Degree;
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel);
Experience with a CRM system;
Ability to utilize Internet search and reporting functions;
Excellent verbal and written communications;
Outbound client contact skills;
Self‑motivated and goal oriented;
Some telemarketing campaign experience (desirable but not essential);
Presentation production experience (desirable but not essential).
Compensation Starting salary range for this position is $60,000 – $68,000, plus a sales incentive plan. Salary will be commensurate with experience and skillset. Compensation includes a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, tuition reimbursement, disability coverage, and 401(k) matching (up to 8%).
