Electrician Foreman

$36.00-$42.00 (Based on experience)
Overview The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing commercial and industrial electrical projects.
Responsibilities
Experience reading and interpreting electrical drawings, schematics, and specifications while adhering to electrical codes
Experience leading a team of electricians and assigning required daily tasks
Tracking manpower for specific tasks and assuring efficient execution
Job-site management ensuring the proper materials are onsite to perform the scope of work required to be completed
Successful completion of projects within scheduled deadlines and budgets
Coordinating and communicating project updates with the office team regarding change orders and other pertinent project information
Strong communication with the onsite supervisor and other trades
Able to complete and deliver as-builts and project closeout documentation
Requirements
8+ years of experience in commercial and industrial electrical projects
Must have 3 plus years of experience leading a team of electricians
Experience operating heavy equipment is a plus
Excellent communication skills, professional demeanor, and detail oriented
Must have a valid driver’s license
Capable of reading and interpreting drawings and schematics
Working experience with Fire Alarm systems and other low voltage installations
Experience working with low voltages up to 600V
Medium voltage experience of working with voltages greater than 1kV
Capable of working in a high reach, scissor lift, and/or bucket truck
Understanding of grounding and bonding requirements for electrical systems
Experience bending and installing RMC, IMC, and EMT required
Underground duct bank and transformer vault experience
Class CDL B is a plus
Educational Requirements
Must be certified in OSHA 30
Must possess strong knowledge of NEC
Formal schooling preferred in the electrical field
Four year accredited electrical school required
