Creative Director

Location: Manila, Philippines
Responsibilities
- Design and produce a variety of materials including brochures, one-pagers, advertisements, trade show materials, whitepapers, case studies, featured projects, proposal covers, social media graphics, sales decks, and website designs.
- Create and edit multimedia content, including videos.
- Ensure timely delivery of high-quality design outputs.
- Source and select high-quality images in line with brand standards.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously within defined specifications.
- Maintain and evolve visual brand elements across all platforms.
- Collaborate with marketing and other departments to support campaigns.
- Contribute to social media and email marketing initiatives.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of B2B professional design experience.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Figma and/or Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Strong professional and corporate portfolio showcasing a variety of creative projects.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Strong verbal and written English proficiency.
- Ability to explain design concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with motion graphics, video editing, or 3D design.
- Familiarity with UX/UI design principles.
- Knowledge of additional design tools or methodologies.
Benefits
- Hybrid setup (minimum 1 day onsite—every Wednesday).
- Office Location: Valero St., Makati City.
- Graveyard shift (9pm to 6am PH Time), Mondays to Fridays.
- Full time, Probationary – Regular contract.
