Creative Director

Location: Manila, Philippines

Responsibilities

• Design and produce a variety of materials including brochures, one-pagers, advertisements, trade show materials, whitepapers, case studies, featured projects, proposal covers, social media graphics, sales decks, and website designs.
• Create and edit multimedia content, including videos.
• Ensure timely delivery of high-quality design outputs.
• Source and select high-quality images in line with brand standards.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously within defined specifications.
• Maintain and evolve visual brand elements across all platforms.
• Collaborate with marketing and other departments to support campaigns.
• Contribute to social media and email marketing initiatives.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of B2B professional design experience.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Figma and/or Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Strong professional and corporate portfolio showcasing a variety of creative projects.
• Soft Skills: Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Strong verbal and written English proficiency.
• Ability to explain design concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with motion graphics, video editing, or 3D design.
• Familiarity with UX/UI design principles.
• Knowledge of additional design tools or methodologies.

Benefits

• Hybrid setup (minimum 1 day onsite—every Wednesday).
• Office Location: Valero St., Makati City.
• Graveyard shift (9pm to 6am PH Time), Mondays to Fridays.
• Full time, Probationary – Regular contract.
