Base pay range $75,000.00/yr - $85,000.00/yr Responsibilities Serves as the initial contact and liaison for intake and assessment of employee complaints Handles routine labor relations inquiries related to policies, procedures and refers complex matters to appropriate management staff Assists with the development of employee relations practices necessary to establish a proactive, positive employer-employee relationship.
