Get AI-powered advice on this job and more exclusive features. We are seeking an experienced Employee Relations Specialist to join the Global Operations team. This role is responsible for managing employee relations services across a designated region. You will serve as a primary contact for employee relations issues, provide expert guidance, interpret policies, lead investigations, and collaborate with internal stakeholders such as HR business partners, legal, and compliance teams. This role is hybrid in Las Vegas, NV 3 days a week on-site, 2 days remote 6 months for now with possibility of extension Key Responsibilities: Conduct objective investigations into workplace issues, including grievances, whistleblower concerns, and disciplinary actions. Advise managers and employees, document findings, and recommend appropriate resolutions. Ensure fair and lawful implementation of corrective actions and policy enforcement. Analyze ER data, trends, and create reports with actionable insights. Maintain detailed case documentation using ServiceNow while safeguarding confidentiality. Prepare responses and represent the company in regulatory matters such as unemployment hearings and agency inquiries. Lead exit interviews and feedback analysis to identify and address workplace trends. Maintain and update employee relations policies, practices, and documentation. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in a related field; PHR or SHRM certification preferred. 3+ years of experience in employee/labor relations or as an HR business partner. Strong knowledge of labor laws, investigations, and conflict resolution. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills. Proven ability to work independently, manage sensitive issues discreetly, and provide sound recommendations to leadership. Experience with case management systems and virtual collaboration tools.
