Role Description We are looking for a Video Solutions Support Engineer to join our global support team and help ensure seamless delivery of video services to our customers. You will report to the Manager, Global Technical Support. You will be based in United States. Location Hybrid role – with periodic onsite work at United States office. What you will be doing Provide technical support for Harmonic’s video delivery products and SaaS platforms Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues related to streaming, broadcast, and appliance‑based systems Collaborate with engineering and product teams to elevate and resolve complex problems Document solutions and contribute to the knowledge base Assist in system upgrades, configuration, and deployment Ensure timely and professional communication with customers Participating in on‑call rotation and incident management Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality What you should have Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, or related field 3+ years of experience in technical support or video delivery systems Strong understanding of IP networking, video codecs, and streaming protocols Experience with Linux environments and command‑line tools Familiarity with cloud platforms and SaaS‑based services Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills Ability to work independently and in a team‑oriented environment Travel You may be required to travel up to 10% for customer visits or team collaboration. Pay & Benefits (US/Canada only) For this role, the estimated base salary range is between $90,000 - $115,000 . The actual base salary will vary based on various factors, including market, location, and individual qualifications objectively assessed during the interview process. This position may also be eligible to receive incentive compensation: bonus, equity, and benefits. Sales positions are generally offered a competitive On Target Earnings (OTE) incentive compensation structure.
