Seeking a Technical Writer skilled in transforming complex information into clear, concise, and user-friendly documentation. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with engineering, product, and support teams to create high-quality content that supports product adoption and enhances user experience.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain technical documentation, including user guides, release notes, API references, and process documentation.
Translate complex technical concepts into accessible, accurate content for both technical and non-technical audiences.
Work cross-functionally with SMEs to gather information and ensure content accuracy.
Standardize documentation structure, style, and terminology across products and platforms.
Edit, proofread, and review content for clarity, consistency, and quality.
Manage version control and documentation lifecycle through established tools and workflows.
Preferred Qualifications
3–7 years of experience in technical writing or related field.
Strong understanding of software development concepts, technical systems, or engineering processes.
Proficiency with documentation tools (e.g., Confluence, Markdown, Git, MadCap Flare, or similar).
Exceptional writing, editing, and communication skills.
Experience working in Agile environments a plus.
