Responsible for the deburring and trimming of sheet metal aluminum parts per Customers engineering drawings and specifications. Experience:
Minimum two years experience in deburr, scribe and/or trim in a manufacturing setting. Ability to read blueprints and decipher drawings. Requirements:
Ability to lift at least 25 lbs. Familiar with safety standards and PPE utilized in a manufacturing setting. Must have reliable transportation and be able to work overtime when needed. Ability to read, write and understand English. Proficient in blue print reading. Knowledge of hand tools and precision measuring tools, such as calipers, height gages and radius gage sets. Ability to stay on task with minimal supervision. Strong communication and problem solving skills. Detail oriented. Responsibilities:
Perform visual inspection of manufactured parts and traveler. Confirm material specifications as given on traveler. Verify accuracy of job and workmanship when performing jobs. Adhering to quality assurance procedures and processes. Maintain specifications by troubleshooting processes and detecting malfunctions. Verify profile, pilot holes and cutouts are clean of scratches and burrs. Operate assigned hand tools such as die grinders to ensure accuracy of parts. Accomplish organization goals by accepting ownership for all new and different requests. Explore opportunities to add value to job accomplishments. Meet production goals in terms of cycle time, quantity, and quality. Miscellaneous tasks as assigned.
