You are open to a flexible work schedule with varying hours, days or shifts (including nights, weekends, holidays and other peak shopping times). Responsibilities
Drive sales and deliver a guest-ready floor by executing visual standards, promotional signing, and maintaining knowledge of assortment and brand offerings to assist guests as needed. Use store tools to understand sales and inventory, and to support guest needs. Sort truck freight, push freight to the sales floor, and locate merchandise in the backroom based on business needs. Set visual presentations and merchandising guides to support guest experience and sales. Maintain product availability and a full floor by executing priority fills, manual fills, and merchandising to capacity. Maintain backroom organization to support replenishment, fulfillment, and guest requests. Remerchandise presentations as items sell through to deliver an inspiring shopping experience. Support price change processes and signing execution for clearance merchandising. Maintain and use fitting rooms to welcome, inspire, and assist guests. Support fulfillment and guest needs by moving merchandise from fitting rooms back to the sales floor as needed. Demonstrate a culture of ethical conduct, safety and compliance; work safely and report hazards. Support guest services such as back-up cashier, order pickup, and Drive-Up while complying with applicable laws. Create a welcoming experience by greeting guests and engaging to assist with their needs. All other duties based on business needs. Qualifications & Skills
Strong interest and knowledge of apparel products and accessories; welcoming attitude toward all guests and team members. Ability to communicate across devices and operate handheld scanners and other technology as directed. Effective communication skills; ability to work independently and in a team; quick guest issue resolution. Ability to stay focused in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks within timeframes. Accurately handle cash register operations as needed; ability to climb ladders. Ability to scan, handle, and move merchandise safely, including lifting up to 15 pounds frequently and up to 44 pounds occasionally; flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays. Ability to remain mobile for the duration of a scheduled shift and adapt to varying temperatures and conditions. Benefits & Accessibility
