ALL ABOUT STYLE: A team of consultants who deliver strong operations, guest experience and compelling visual merchandising that inspires guests. A Style Consultant provides an incredible guest experience, on the sales floor and in the fitting room, ensuring the floor is set with the right product, prices and signage. Drive sales and maintain a guest-ready floor by executing visual standards, promotional signage, and staying knowledgeable on assortment and brand offerings to assist guests as needed. Use store tools to understand sales, inventory ownership, and assist guests accordingly. Sort and push freight to the sales floor; locate merchandise in the backroom as needed. Set visual presentations and merchandising guides to support guest experience and sales. Maintain product availability on the floor through priority fills, manual fills, and capacity merchandising to create a guest-ready floor. Maintain backroom organization and locate merchandise to support replenishment, fulfillment, and guest requests. Remerchandise presentations as items sell to deliver an inspiring shopping experience. Support price change processes and signage for clearance merchandising. Maintain and use the fitting rooms to welcome, inspire, and help guests. Support fulfillment and guest needs by circulating merchandise from the fitting rooms and guest service back to the sales floor. Demonstrate a culture of ethical conduct, safety and compliance; work safely and report hazards. Support guest services such as back-up cashier, order pickup, and Drive-up; ensure compliance with relevant laws. Create a welcoming experience by greeting guests and assisting with their needs. Engage with guests to solve their specific needs and thank them for shopping with Target. All other duties based on business needs. What We Are Looking For

You are open to a flexible schedule with varying hours, days or shifts (including nights, weekends, holidays, and peak times). Required Skills and Qualifications
Strong interest and knowledge of apparel products and accessories. Welcoming and helpful attitude toward guests and teammates. Ability to communicate on multiple devices and operate handheld scanners and other technology. Effective communication skills; able to work independently or with a team. Ability to resolve guest questions quickly and stay focused in a fast-paced environment while multitasking. Physical Requirements and Work Environment
Accurately handle cash register operations as needed. Climb ladders; scan, handle, and move merchandise safely; often lift up to 15 pounds and occasionally up to 44 pounds with assistance. Flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays; reliable attendance required. Work in varying temperatures and conditions, including Drive-Up or carryout scenarios.
