Starting Hourly Rate / Salario por Hora Inicial: $19.00 USD per hour Overview A Style Consultant is a team member who focuses on delivering strong operations and an incredible guest experience, with compelling in-store presentations that inspire guests and drive sales. The role supports the guest first culture, visual merchandising, pricing, and assortment knowledge to help guests discover the right products. Responsibilities Drive sales and maintain a guest-ready floor by executing visual standards, promotional signing, and staying knowledgeable on assortment and brand offerings to assist guests as needed.
Use store tools to understand sales, inventory ownership, and to support guest needs.
Sort freight, push freight to the sales floor, and locate merchandise in the backroom based on business needs.
Set visual presentations and follow visual merchandising guides to support guest experience and sales.
Maintain product availability and a full floor by executing priority fills, manual fills, and merchandising to capacity.
Maintain backroom organization and locate merchandise to support replenishment, fulfillment, and guest requests.
Remerchandise presentations as items sell through to deliver an inspiring shopping experience.
Support price change processes and signing execution for clearance merchandising.
Maintain and use fitting rooms to welcome, inspire, and help guests.
Assist with fulfillment and guest needs by moving merchandise from fitting rooms and guest services back to the sales floor as needed.
Demonstrate a culture of ethical conduct, safety and compliance; work safely and report hazards.
Support guest services such as back-up cashier, order pickup (OPU), Drive-up (DU) while complying with applicable laws.
Greet guests, engage to solve their needs, and thank them for shopping Target.
Perform other duties based on business needs.

Required Skills and Qualifications Strong interest and knowledge of apparel products and accessories.

Ability to communicate on multiple devices and operate handheld scanners and other technology as directed.
Effective communication skills; ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Ability to resolve guest questions quickly and stay focused in a fast-paced environment.
Capable of multi-tasking and meeting timeframes.
Physical and Scheduling Information Accurately handle cash register operations as needed.
Climb ladders; scan, move, and handle merchandise safely, including lifting up to 15 pounds frequently and up to 44 pounds occasionally.
Flexible work schedule with reliability and prompt attendance; may work nights, weekends, and holidays; expose to varying temperatures and elements as required by duties.
Ability to remain mobile for the duration of a scheduled shift.
